I am an experienced office and administrative professional with a background spanning housing, regulatory environments, local government, and small business ownership. I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Business Information Management, which provides a strong foundation in organisational systems, information management, and effective business processes.
As Office Manager at Beyond Forensic, I support the efficient day-to-day running of the practice through workflow coordination, document management, and administrative processes. I also assist with financial and case-related analysis, helping to ensure that internal systems operate smoothly and that work is delivered to the high professional standards required in forensic accountancy.
Prior to joining Beyond Forensic, I worked at Wakefield Council in a variety of administrative and support roles. These positions strengthened my organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as my ability to maintain accurate, reliable records within a busy public-sector environment where attention to detail and consistency are essential.
I have also run my own small cleaning business, which provided valuable hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, financial administration, scheduling, and client relationships. This experience strengthened my practical understanding of small business operations and the importance of efficient systems and responsive service.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Business Planning Officer at WDH (now VICO Homes), supporting neighbourhood management operations. My responsibilities included performance management, financial monitoring and reporting, governance support, team coordination, driving operational efficiencies, and contributing to property and neighbourhood management activities.
My analytical career began at His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary, where I developed strong analytical, reporting, and governance skills within a highly regulated environment.
I bring a calm, organised, and methodical approach to my role at Beyond Forensic, and I take pride in helping ensure the practice operates efficiently while maintaining the professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail required in forensic accountancy.
